Evans Ofori-Amoah, 34, St. Cloud

Mass of Christian Burial will be 11 a.m. on Saturday, March 19, 2016 at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church in St. Cloud for Evans Ofori-Amoah, age 34, of St. Cloud. Evans passed away March 13 at U of M Medical Center in Mpls. after a battle with cancer. Burial in Assumption Cemetery in St. Cloud. Visitation after 9 a.m. on Saturday at the church. Arrangements are with the Daniel Funeral Home, St. Cloud.
Evans was born on October 17, 1981 in Ghana to Emmanuel and Rose (Ampomah) Ofori-Amoah. He was raised by his uncle Benjamin Ofori-Amoah after his father’s death in Ghana. He came to the U.S. in 2006 where he attended St. Cloud State University. After receiving his Masters Degree he went to work for 3M as a Security Analyst. He married Cindy Kelash on July 10, 2015.

Evans is survived by his wife Cindy, daughters Genavieve Kelash at home, and Hillary Aman Kwah of Ghana, mother Rose of Ghana, uncle Benjamin (Agnes) of Michigan and cousins David, Jon, Abigail, and Charles.

Evans is preceded in death by his father Emmanuel.
