Funeral Services will be 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 9, 2016 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, St. Cloud for Erica Shea Hatton, age 16 of St. Cloud who died on Friday. Bishop Jim Barg will officiate and burial will be at Oak Hill Cemetery in Sartell. Friends and family may call from 4:00-8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 8, 2016 at Williams Dingmann Family Funeral Home, St. Cloud and also one hour prior to services at the church on Wednesday.

Erica Shea was born on April 10, 2000 in Long Prairie to Lon and Rebecca (Jennings) Hatton. She was a junior at Sartell High School where she was an Honor Student, a member of Student Body Against Sex Trafficking, and she participated in track. Erica’s grades and accomplishments were very important to her. She loved her job at Kwik Trip and took interest in her ancestry and was gathering information. Erica enjoyed camping with her family, fishing, dancing, water sports and swimming in the quarries. She could walk into a room and make everyone smile. Erica was a sincere, loving, kindhearted person who cared deeply for her mom, dad and family.

Survivors include her parents; brothers, Reegan Bird of Sauk Rapids, Dustin Hatton of Hutchinson, Rustin Bird of Sauk Rapids and Jacob (Sara) Hatton of Rice; sisters, Shelly (Shawn) Gruenberg of Sartell, Alysha Hatton of Hutchinson and Brooke Kolstad of Browerville; nephew, Remi Bird and niece, Mirra Gruenberg; grandparents, LaMoine and Linda Hatton of Long Prairie; aunts and uncles, Gayle (Eric Stone) Jennings-Stone of Pearl City, Hawaii, Terry (Vicki) Jennings of West Jordan, Utah, Chad (Shawna) Jennings of Omaha, NE, Lisa (Kelly) King of Rochester, Lanny Hatton of Lake City and Larry Hatton of Long Prairie; and many cousins and other relatives. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Terry and Yolanda (Jepson) Jennings.
