Waite Park has a new and eclectic dining option. Epicure Bistro is an elegant and original recipe-driven restaurant, owned and operated by Justin Prigge. He's spent the last 10 years working as a private chef on yachts. During this time, he developed a love for fresh and original food. This is Prigge's first restaurant, and he's been involved in every step of the process.

The menu includes pastas, soups and salads. Epicure hasn't advertised, and did not have a grand opening. He's pleased with the initial business he's received just through word of mouth. Epicure Bistro is located in the in the Marketplace Annex, 234 2nd Ave. S. in Waite Park, and is open from 11:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Monday through Wednesday, and 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Thursday through Saturday.
