Elk River Man Arrested After Alleged Sexual Assault

ELK RIVER - The Sherburne County Sheriff's Department has arrested an Elk River man, after getting a report of an alleged sexual assault involving a pre-teen girl.

The girl had allegedly been sexually assaulted on more than one occasion.

Sheriff Joel Brott says 29-year-old Wayne Leistico was arrested yesterday (Tuesday).

He's facing charges of 1st degree criminal sexual conduct, the use of minors in sexual performances, and possession of pornographic work involving minors.
