WHITE BEAR LAKE (AP) - Police checking on the welfare of a family in White Bear Lake discovered the bodies of a woman and her adult son and arrested the son's twin brother on possible charges of financially exploiting a vulnerable adult.

The 59-year-old brother was in the home all three shared when police arrived Tuesday afternoon. A neighbor called officers to the home after the three were not seen for a period of time. Police haven't said when or how the 93-year-old woman and her son died, but that they appeared to have been dead for a while.

Neighbors say the twin sons moved into the home after their father died of cancer several years ago. Neighbor Robert Henk knocked on the family's door about 10 days ago with some vegetables from his garden, but said no one came to the door.
