Memorial Mass of Christian Burial celebrating the life of Elaine R. Pallister, 77, of Cold Spring will be at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, March 19, 2016 at St. Boniface Catholic Church in Cold Spring. Elaine passed away peacefully on Monday, March 14th at Lake Ridge Care Center in Buffalo. Reverend Matthew Luft, OSB will officiate.

Visitation will begin at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday at the church. Arrangements are with Daniel Funeral Home, St. Cloud.

Elaine was born on March 10, 1939 in Collegeville to William and Regina (Beam) Hiltner. She married Thomas Pallister on February 15, 1958 at St. John’s Abbey Church in Collegeville. They lived in Blaine, moved to St. Cloud in 1965 and to Cold Spring in 2007. Elaine worked at Holes Webway/Creative Memories for over 20 years. She was a member of St. Boniface Parish and past president of the Knights of Columbus Council #5548 Ladies Auxiliary.

Elaine enjoyed painting, scrapbooking, reading and living in Lake Havasu, Arizona for a period of time. She will be remembered as a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
Elaine is survived by her husband, Tom; children, Cindy (Mike) Sholler of Virginia Beach, Virginia, Michelle Aro of Buffalo, Sharon (Ken) Gertken of Richmond, Bill Pallister of Sartell, Stacie Moist of Buffalo; 14 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; and sister-in-law, Donna Belanger of Cold Spring.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and brother, LeRoy Hiltner.
