Eileen loved her Minnesota Twins; especially Michael Cuddyer. Eileen’s family meant the absolute world to her; she never missed a sporting event and enjoyed getting together with family and having Chicken Noodle Soup or a friendly fish fry. She was a sweetheart with a great sense of humor; Eileen will be dearly missed.
