Eden Valley Man Hurt After His Motorcycle Collided With A Car

EDEN VALLEY -- An Eden Valley man was airlifted to Hennepin County Medical Center after his motorcycle crashed into a car Saturday afternoon.

The Stearns County Sheriff's Office says the incident happened about two miles west of Watkins near the intersection of Kramer Road and Meeker Stearns Street at 1:30 p.m. Saturday.

Reports say 42-year-old Joseph Edward Miller of Eden Valley was riding his motorcycle when a car driven by 50-year-old Cheryl Vanort pulled out in front of him, resulting in a crash.

Miller was airlifted to HCMC for his injuries.

Vanort was not hurt in the crash and was cited for failure to yield.
