HASTINGS (AP) - Dakota County prosecutors say a driver accused of causing a fatal traffic crash in Lakeville, then disrobing and fleeing from the scene was under the influence of drugs.

A criminal complaint charges 40-year-old Eric Kasprzyk, of Rosemount, with three felonies, including criminal vehicular homicide while under the influence of a controlled substance.

The complaint says Kasprzyk ran a red light while speeding the wrong way down a Lakeville street and broadsided another vehicle, killing Osah Phetsarath Friday.

Authorities say Kasprzyk shed his clothes as he ran from the crash, entered a townhome about two blocks away and locked himself in a closet. Police were called and took Kasprzyk into custody.

A judge on Monday set bond at $250,000. It wasn't immediately clear if Kasprzyk had an attorney.
