Dorraine ‘Dolly’ Rahn, 72, Rice

Dorraine 'Dolly' Rahn, age 72, of Rice, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, November 19, 2015. Memorial services will be 3:00 PM Monday, November 23, 2015 at Westwood Church, St. Cloud. Pastor Steve Schoepf will officiate. Friends may call 1 hour prior to services at the church.

Dorraine Martha Rahn was born December 15, 1942 in Minneapolis, Minnesota the daughter of Albert and Gladys (Heimark) Dollansky. On October 28, 1961, she married Robert 'Bob' Rahn in Elk River. Dolly was a 'jack of all trades' including floral arrangements, horse training and driving school bus, amongst caring for their children. She loved being outside working in her flower garden.

Dolly is survived by her husband, Bob; children: Teri (Sean) Kenney of Dublin, CA, Daren (Kelly) of East Bethel, Matt (Tami) of Sauk Centre, and Jason (Karen) Steffens of Becker; 9 grandchildren; brothers: Bill (Wendy) Dollansky of Elk River and Curtis (Gini) Dollansky of St. Francis; sister-in-law, Linda Nelson of Elk River; as well as many family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Gladys Dollansky; brother, Gyles Nelson and infant sister.
