Donate To Community Charity Challenge Before Saturday

UNDATED - You have just a few days left to make a donation to the annual "Community Charity Challenge". Donations need to be received by Saturday.

Spokeswoman Courtney Schmidt says the challenge is helping our local food shelves.

There are three food shelf organizations that are involved: Catholic Charities, the St. Cloud Salvation Army, and the St. Joseph Food Shelf.  And so every dollar contributed to those food shelves will be matched by the Skalicky Foundation.  All people have to do is make their donation directly to those organizations and it will be counted toward the match.

The Skalicky Foundation is matching up to $100,000.

Last year the Charity Challenge raised a record $418,000.
