ST. CLOUD - U.S. Senator Amy Klobuchar learned more about the Stearns County Domestic Violence Partnership today (Wednesday).  The county established the partnership in 2008 to improve public safety.

Klobuchar, the Hennepin County Prosecutor for 8 years, says dealing with domestic violence has evolved over the years.

Last week the Senate voted to renew the Violence Against Women Act of 1994.  Klobuchar included a provision that will help law enforcement target "digital stalkers".

The House still needs to pass it.  It's set to expire in September.
