Domestic Assault Sends St. Cloud Man To Benton County Jail on Felony Charges

Friday morning officers were dispatched to the 1300 block of 2nd St. NE for a domestic assault.

A 39-year-old female from St. Cloud was assaulted by her ex-fiance. She received minor injuries and did not require medical attention.

The suspect, identified as 33-year-old Michael Timothy Reiten of St. Cloud was arrested and transported to the Benton County Jail.

Reiten’s criminal history enhances this domestic assault to a felony level.
