District 742 Programs Get Over $23,000 In Grants From LEAF

ST. CLOUD - The District 742 Local Education & Activities Foundation recently awarded over $23,000 in grants.

The money was awarded to a number of clubs and teams at Tech and Apollo, both middle schools, and several of the elementaries.

In addition to the Fall Activities grant, the LEAF Learning Renaissance Fundraiser raised nearly $16,000, which was used to buy books and help the robotics program.

Since 1996 LEAF has awarded over $900,000 to projects in District 742.
