District 742 Approves Marco Tax Request Again

ST. CLOUD - The St. Cloud Area School District has once again approved a tax abatement request for Marco Incorporated.

The school board originally gave their approval last month, but decided to revisit the request and held a public hearing last (Monday) night.

The $22,000 abatement does not raise taxes or cost the district any money.

The St. Cloud city council has also approved the request, which will allow Marco to build a new facility.
