DULUTH (AP) – A disgruntled cable customer who threatened to bomb the Charter Communications office in Duluth has pleaded guilty to a reduce charge in an agreement with prosecutors.

The cable customer service office was evacuated in July 2012 after Steven Saari threatened to blow it up. The 28-year-old Duluth man was charged with making terroristic threats.
