Dial-A-Ride Service Changing in October

ST. CLOUD -- There are some changes coming to Metro Bus' Dial-A-Ride service next month. The Board of Commissioners have approved changes which will increase capacity for people with disabilities.

Starting October 15th, Dial-A-Ride service will only be available to people who require the specialized service. It will no longer operate as a late night service for the general public.

Metro Bus officials say by shifting the late night general public service hours to the daytime, it will provide more available service when their demand for specialized service is greatest.
