The Minnesota Deer Hunting opener is December 8 and doctor of fishing and hunting Jerry Carlson talked today with Lieutenant Regional Director Mike Martin about the current regulations.  Martin discussed the laws in regards to public and private land, permits and deer numbers.  Listen to the conversation below.
