Cowboy Jack’s Restaurant and Bar Serving Up Western Style in downtown St. Cloud [AUDIO]

ST. CLOUD – A new restaurant and bar with a western flair is opening it’s doors tonight in downtown St. Cloud.
Cowboy Jack’s is a successful franchise with several locations in the Twin Cities, specializing in things like steaks, pan-fried sunfish and pizzas.
Owner Chris Diebold says the process to create the restaurant has been in the making for about 6 months. Diebold’s been familiar with the St. Cloud area for quite a while, and always liked the building formerly occupied by the Rox and Tavern on St. Germain.
He thinks the restaurant will contribute nicely to the downtown area.

Diebold says they’ll serve lunch and dinner, with $2 drinks from 10:00 p.m. – midnight, and food until 2:00 a.m., 7 days a week.
And music heads, take a note – they’re also planning to have live musicians perform Thursday through Saturday nights.
