Le St. Germain Hotel Now Courtyard by Marriott

ST. CLOUD - What was once the Le St. Germain Hotel has now officially become a Courtyard by Marriott.

The hotel is at 404 West St. Germain Street. Renovations were announced in January.

Over 100 guest rooms and suites were updated over the last few months. The building lobby was also remodeled to add more space and technology. The new lobby includes LCD plasma TVs, indoor pool and whirlpool and exercise room.

As part of the transition, 5th Avenue Grille inside the hotel was replaced by a new bistro. The bistro offers breakfast, lunch and dinner options, an evening bar and specialty drinks with Starbucks coffee.

The building was sold in 2012. The Graves Hospitality Corporation sold the property for $6.2 million. The CEO of Graves Hospitality is Jim Graves, a former candidate for 6th District Congress and St. Cloud native.
