County Puts Tax Forfeited Property Up for Sale

ST. CLOUD - Stearns County is holding an auction to sell properties forfeited due to unpaid taxes.

Twenty-four properties will be auctioned off tomorrow (Wednesday) beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the Stearns County Service Center.

If you're interested in buying one of the properties you can go to the county's website to see a list of what's for sale.  Each property is sold "as is" to the highest bidder and all sales are final.  All sales also require 20% down.
