I talked with Terry Jarrett this morning on WJON about President Obama's policy on coal.  Jarrett is an author, lawyer and current member of Husch Blackwell's Energy & Natural Resources team.  Jarrett thinks coal should not be eliminated or phased out as an energy source and disagrees with President's policy.
