MINNEAPOLIS (AP) — New details are emerging about a fatal hit-and-run allegedly involving the wife of former Minnesota Vikings tight end Joe Senser.

Hennepin County prosecutors filed an amended complaint Monday against Amy Senser.

Witness accounts and text message and cellphone records indicate Amy Senser was in the area where 38-year-old Anousone Phanthavong was struck and killed while putting gas in his car Aug. 23.

According to the amended complaint, one witness reported seeing a vehicle matching the description of the one Amy Senser was driving in the area where the victim was hit. The witness says the vehicle was weaving and driving at inconsistent speeds.

Amy Senser's attorney, Eric Nelson, maintains his client did not know she struck someone that night. A trial is scheduled for April 23.
