College of St. Benedict and St. John’s University Makes Strides To Help Reduce Students Stress During Finals
COLLEGEVILLE - Finals week can be a stressful time for many college students. Some have final tests others have final papers and most have multiple finals due on the same day.
Executive Director of Public Relations at The College of St. Benedict and St. John's University, Michael Hemmesch says CSBSJU has been making strides to help reduce some of the stress students feel during the end of the semester.
St. Ben's and St. John's offers an animal therapy day--students have the chance to pet and play with all the different animals. This is just one way students can take a break from studying.
Students also can go to different events at the campus cafeteria such as a breakfast event that encourages students to take a break from studying and eat.
Regardless finals will be stressful to some degree but there is a light at the end of the tunnel and that light is called winter break.
