ST. CLOUD -- Frigid temps and windchills will move into the St. Cloud area tomorrow (Saturday) afternoon. And, it has health care providers reminding you about the dangers of frostbite.

Shay Bolton is a Registered Nurse in St. Cloud Hospital's Emergency Room. She says if you can avoid the outdoors over the next few days that is your best option. Otherwise, Bolton says cover up all exposed skin.  Make sure you wear a hat or earmuffs, gloves or mittens, boots and warm socks.

Bolton says dress in layers and try to avoid prolonged exposure to the outdoors during this cold snap.

The most prone areas for frostbite include your ears, nose, chin, cheeks, fingers and toes.
