Kevin Correia had his first shaky start as a Twin as the Indians roughed up Minnesota 7-3 Saturday afternoon at Progressive Field. Correia gave up a pair of home runs in the first inning on his way to allowing four runs in five innings on the day.

Trailing 2-0 in the top of the second after Jason Kipnis and Nick Swisher went deep for Cleveland in the first, the Twins scratched a run across with a Pedro Florimon single to cut the Minnesota deficit in half at 2-1.

Unfortunately for the Twins, Cleveland answered back with a pair of runs in the bottom of the second inning to take a 4-1 lead.

Aaron Hicks followed with his first MLB home run in the top of the fifth inning to again cut the Cleveland lead in half at 4-2, but the Indians scored two runs in the bottom of the seventh to put the nail in the Twins' coffin.

The Twins look to avoid a sweep at noon on Sunday (11:30 pregame, WJON)
