GRANITE FALLS (AP) — A Minnesota woman under investigation in connection with two newborns found dead in a South Dakota field in November apparently has family ties to the land.

Court documents say 34-year-old Kelly Anderson, of Clarkfield, Minn., got married on the property owned by her aunt, and her brother found the babies.

The search warrant and supporting affidavit filed Monday in Yellow Medicine County also say a preliminary DNA analysis did not exclude Anderson as the mother.

Several people told investigators Anderson was pregnant in 2009 and 2011 but was never seen later with babies.

Anderson has not been charged. The Associated Press could not reach her Tuesday for comment, nor determine if she has a lawyer.
