ST. CLOUD -- Lower revenues and tighter budgets are forcing cities to struggle with how to pay for essential services. And, it's prompted the League of Minnesota Cities is asking the St. Cloud area to gather its residents for input.

There is a free and public meeting scheduled for tomorrow at St. Cloud's Riverside Park shelter at 6:00 p.m.

Residents from any of the area cities are encouraged to attend and share your thoughts on what essential services you expect your city to provide and ways to pay for them.

Refreshments and a meal will be served as well.
