Citation Issued In Car Crash

Two Saint Cloud residents suffered minor injuries when the vehicle they were in collided with another vehicle Saturday afternoon.

Officers responded to County Road 75 and 33rd Street South about 1:30pm after a car driven by 26-year old Abdi Mohamed of Willmar drove through a stop light. Mohamed was traveling south on County Road 75 when he struck a vehicle eastbound driven by 35-year old Timothy Metzer of Saint Cloud. Metzer was not injured but two passengers in Mohamed's vehicle were. 26-year old F

arahn Hassan was taken to Saint Cloud Hospital for minor injuries. 22-year old Zayna Bosman was treated at the scene. A citation was issued to Mohamed for the stoplight violation.
