Chutes Coach Wenner Talks State Tourney [AUDIO]

The St. Cloud Chutes American Legion baseball team is scheduled to open the 2013 State Tournament in Edina on Friday afternoon. The Chutes topped Little Falls in a thrilling section championship game with a Brian Minks RBI single in the bottom of the seventh inning.

Chutes head coach Dave Wenner says that he had a good feeling in the dugout knowing Minks was at the plate.

With Jeff Fasching, Brindley Thiesen and others on the roster, Wenner thinks that the Chutes may have the deepest pitching staff in the area.
