Church Holds Clothing Giveaway To Help Families In Need [AUDIO]

ST. CLOUD -- With the cold months on the way, the St. Cloud Church of Christ held its annual clothing giveaway today for local families in need.

The church holds the giveaway on the first Saturday of every October.

Minister Ron Ledford has been involved with the giveaway for the past 15 years and says the event has grown each year.

Ledford says the church does not try to push any beliefs on those who come in and that the giveaway is first and foremost about helping people.

Ledford says that seeing the effect the giveaway has on people is what makes it worth while.
