MINNEAPOLIS (AP) - A Chicago man has been sentenced to 55 years in prison after pleading guilty to fatally shooting two men in Minneapolis.

Twenty-one-year-old Brian Deshawn Morse killed the men while they sat in an SUV April 8. Police said the shooting was not random.

Morse pleaded guilty to murder charges in June for the deaths of 47-year-old Odel Frazier and 56-year-old Eddie Pelmore of Minneapolis. Morse was sentenced Monday in Hennepin County District Court.
