Charlotte G. Naegeli, age 95, Blaine, MN, formerly of St. Cloud, MN, died Friday, March 4, 2016 at Edgewood Senior Living, Blaine, MN.

Private family services will be held at Benson Funeral Home, St. Cloud, MN. Burial will be in North Star Cemetery, St. Cloud, MN.

Charlotte was born January 4, 1921 in Bird Island, MN to Henry and Anna (Bauman) Bretall. She graduated from Foley High School in 1939 and St. Cloud School of Cosmetology. Charlotte married Donald Naegeli on April 11, 1943 at Peace United Church of Christ, St. Cloud, MN. She co-owned and operated the St. Cloud Meat Locker with her husband, Donald. Charlotte was a member of Peace United Church of Christ, Women’s Fellowship, Peace Church Quilters, Sunday School Teacher and publicity chairwoman for Garfield PTA. She served as an Election Judge for the City of St. Cloud and was a member of the Eagles Auxiliary.

Survivors include daughter and sons, Bonnie (Howard) Hibbard of Andover; Ronald Naegeli of Andover; Dr. David (Janice) Naegeli DDS of Hudson, WI; and Gary Naegeli of Blaine; ten grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Donald on October 26, 1972, sisters, Geraldine Pietrzak and Beverly Deppa, brother, Roger Bretall and infant brother, Rueben Bretall.
