Memorial Services will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, December 6, 2014 at United Congregational Church in Hackensack for Charles A. Lundeen, age 67, who passed away Wednesday at the St. Cloud Hospital. Visitation will be one hour prior to the services at the church. Arrangements have been entrusted to Williams Dingmann Family Funeral Home, Sauk Rapids.

Chuck was born Jan. 30, 1947 in Minneapolis to Carl & Fern (Twito) Lundeen. He served his country in U.S Air Force during the Vietnam War. Chuck married Yvonne Studer on Feb. 14, 2001 in St. Cloud. He was a woodshop teacher at Chisago Lakes High School for 34 years, retiring in 2007. Chuck moved to Hackensack after his retirement. He was a member of Hackensack American Legion Post #202 where he was the gambling manager. He was also a member of Sons of the American Legion and Legion Riders #134 of Walker. Chuck enjoyed riding his Harley with his wife and fellow Legion brothers, fishing for big walleyes, and many types of outdoor activities.

Survivors include his wife, Yvonne of Taylors Falls; step-children, Hemi (Mark) Perlberg of St. Cloud and Quint Schreiner of Sartell; sister, Claranne (John) English of Chicago, IL; step-grandchildren, Kobe, Kiegen, Ashlyn and Abby; and nieces and nephews. Chuck was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Rich.

A special thank you to the St. Cloud Hospital, especially nurse Joe in ICU and John in ICU who was there for us after the end of Chuck’s life.
