Champlin Man Arrested For Alleged Heroin Sales

ELK RIVER -- The Sherburne County Sheriff's Department has arrested a 42-year-old Champlin man for allegedly selling heroin.

Investigators with the Drug Task Force arrested Conrad Mitchell at a motel in Brooklyn Center on Friday.

An informant was able to conduct two purchases of heroin from Mitchell under the supervision of DTF investigators.
