ST. CLOUD -- A ceremony tomorrow will put the finishing touches on a Lake George project that has been in the works since 2007.

Planners, donors and other dignitaries will get an up close look at the Eastman Park project around Lake George.

St. Cloud Parks Director Scott Zlotnik says they started planning the upgrades in 2007, updated the warming house and fishing pier in 2008, and last year finished up the project with walking paths, a trail and lakeside fountain.

The $3-million project was paid for with half-cent sales tax dollars, fundraising by the St. Cloud Rotary Club and in-kind donations.
