WHAT'S HAPPENING

Central Minnesota Wellness Expo is a 1 day  free event being held on 18th March 2017 at the Rivers Edge Convention Center in St. Cloud. The event will be from  9 am- 2 pm.

ENJOY LEARNING ABOUT HEALTH AND WELLNESS

The Central Minnesota Wellness Expo showcases many of those businesses that offer fitness, nutrition, and general wellness.

This is an opportunity for Central Minnesota to raise awareness about topics such as fitness, nutrition, personal finance, and overall health and wellness. More than 100 booths are planned to exhibit, representing a variety of wellness fields ranging from physical fitness to well-being to personal finance.
