The 18th annual CentraCare Clinic screening kicks-off National Melanoma/Skin Cancer Detection and Prevention Month.

Skin cancer is the most common in the United States, with one in five Americans expected to be diagnosed in their lifetime.

Skin self-examinations include periodically looking over your body for any changes in the size, color, shape, or texture of a mole, the development of a mole or any other unusual changes in the skin.
