ALBANY -- CentraCare Health is ready to open their new clinic in the former Albany Medical Center facility.

The facility joins CentraCare effective today (Friday). Five providers and 35 staff from the Albany Medical Center make the transition and re-open as CentraCare Clinic - Albany on Monday.

Patients in Albany will see many familiar faces at the new clinic as Doctors Daron Gersch, Nathan Brever and Libby Brever as well as Physician Assistants Charlene Gerner and Jennifer Gannon will remain at CentraCare Clinic - Albany.

The clinic phone number also remains (320) 845-2157. The clinic will be open Monday-Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to noon.

CentraCare Clinic - Albany will provide clinic services such as imaging, physical therapy, and ultrasound on-site. Specialists in Cardiology, Obstetrics and Gynecology, and Orthopedics and Podiatry will continue to see patients in Albany.

Catholic Health Initiatives is leasing the space to CentraCare, who plans to build a new clinic in Albany within the next two years.
