Cats on Sale This Friday at the Tri-County Humane Society [AUDIO]

ST. CLOUD - The Tri-County Humane Society has too many cats.

With this in mind, Friday  is their first "Name Your Own Price" cat sale.

Humane Society Executive Director Vicki Davis says the event is just what it sounds like - set your price, take a cat home.

Davis says they've seen an rise in cat surrenders lately at the shelter, and this is an ideal way to kickstart finding them homes to make more space in the shelter.

The sale is part of "Adopt a Shelter Cat" month nationwide.

The Tri-County Humane Society is located at 735 8th Stree NE in St. Cloud. They're open on Friday from noon until 8:00 p.m.
