Catholic Charities Collects Over $13,000 During ‘Pack The Porch’ Event [AUDIO]

WAITE PARK -- Catholic Charities collected over $13,000 in donations and over 2,500 pounds of food during their annual Pack The Porch event today.

Nonperishable food items or a monetary donations were accepted at the Pioneer Place On Fifth in downtown St. Cloud or St. Cloud Hyundai in Waite Park.

Catholic Charities executive director Steven Bresnahan says Corborn's will be matching donations up to $10,000 today.

Last year the charity raised about $7,000 in both food and money donations during the event.

The donations will go to support the Catholic Charities food shelf.
