Catholic Charities Seeks $15k In Donations For Share The Spirit Program [AUDIO]

ST. CLOUD -- Catholic Charities in St. Cloud is looking to raise $15,000 this week to provide beds for families in need.

The beds will be distributed to families in the Share the Spirit program. Social workers throughout the area nominated families in they felt were in desperate need of being adopted over the holiday season.

The family's sponsor volunteers to buy them gifts based on their wants and needs. There were 173 families nominated and adopted this year.

Communications coordinator, Trina Dietz says nearly a third of those families do not have a bed to sleep in.

Monetary donations can be dropped off at their St. Cloud location or mailed to P.O. box 2390. They ask that you specify what your donation is for.
