Cathedral Baseball Team Loses State Semi Final Game [VIDEO]
ST. CLOUD - The St. Cloud Cathedral baseball team lost their state semi final game this (Friday) afternoon.
The Crusaders fell to Kasson-Mantorville 2-0 at Dick Putz Field in St. Cloud in the Class 2A State Semi Finals.
The game ended with a Cathedral runner getting tagged-out between third base and home plate in the top of the 7th inning.
The Crusader's record is now 24-3, while Kasson-Mantorville improves to 25-6.
Cathedral will now play for third place in the state at 5:00 p.m. today (Friday) also at Dick Putz Field.
Kasson-Mantorville moves on the to the state championship game on Monday at 1:00 p.m. at Target Field in Minneapolis.
The game was broadcast live on AM 1240 WJON this afternooon.
