St. Paul police say a man involved in a carjacking died in an exchange of gunfire with officers. Sgt. Paul Paulos says the man crashed his vehicle into a fence Sunday afternoon. The man fired at bystanders before carjacking an SUV at gunpoint. Two people were in the vehicle at the time.
