Police Charge Man With Groping At Anoka County Walmart

Anoka County authorities have charged man with criminal sexual exposure after a crowd detained him at a Walmart when a woman said he sexually assaulted her. Fifty-Nine-year-old Jeffrey Pendzimas of Isanti was also charged Tuesday with indecent exposure and interfering with a 911 call in the Sunday incident.
