Police have cited a 21-year-old man who they say entered a St. Paul home while drunk and dressed as a Santa Claus zombie. St. Paul police said Monday the University of St. Thomas student was cited for trespassing and taken to a detoxification center Saturday.

A Minneapolis woman has filed a $50,000 lawsuit against a police officer who she says sexually assaulted her during an arrest. The lawsuit says the Minneapolis officer responded to a disturbance involving the woman's boyfriend and two security guards in May.

A community adviser at Minnesota State University faces felony charges after authorities say he broke into a dorm room and sprayed a woman with pepper spray. Twenty-year-old Alexander James Gowan-Nuehring was charged Monday with three counts of burglary and one count of stalking.
