There's at least one campground in the area that's not feeling the weight of the government shutdown. Two Rivers Campground and Tubing in Royalton is a privately owned and operated park with campsites along the Mississippi River that's seen an uptick in business since the shutdown.

A pair of canoers will paddle the 110 mile long Sauk River, starting at Lake Osakis and ending in St. Cloud, where it empties into the Mississippi. The trip will take 8 days, and Scott Miller and Todd Foster will make evening stops in riverside towns to host meet and greets and other activities.
