It's the new year and more than just a few people in my life (myself included) are looking to get healthy and shed some pounds this year. I was looking for ways to cut some calories out of my day, and here's what I stumbled on and wanted to share.

It’s 3pm. Lunch has worn off. It’s two and a half hours to dinner. You grab a dollar and head for the vending machine looking for a “healthy” snack to see you through until dinner is on the table. Not so fast.
