5th Avenue Fest Happening August 2 [AUDIO]

I talked with both Mary Mathews and Kristen Brew today about the 2nd Annual 5th Avenue Fest which will happen August 2 in St. Cloud on 5th Avenue. The celebration will take place from noon-4 at Barden Park, the SCSU Welcome Center the city hall parking lot and downtown St. Cloud.
