A Minnesota man was killed on an icy Interstate 94 in southeastern North Dakota when his vehicle collided with a tow truck that had stopped to pull other vehicles out of the ditch. The Highway Patrol did not immediately identify the 40-year-old man from Cokato, Minnesota.

Minneapolis Man Convicted In Fatal Shooting

A Hennepin County jury has convicted a 25-year-old man of fatally shooting another man in the victim's backyard. Diamond Griffin of Minneapolis is set to be sentenced in December to life in prison with parole for the July 2013 killing.
