Carol J. Puchalla, 79, St. Cloud

March 20, 1936 - December 22, 2015

Carol Joyce Puchalla, age 79, St. Cloud, MN, died Tuesday, December 22, 2015 at the home of her niece.

Funeral services will be Saturday, January 2, 2016 at 1:00 PM at Benson Funeral Home Chapel, St. Cloud, MN. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home on Saturday.

Carol was born March 20, 1936 in St. Cloud, MN to Walter R. and Ethel Evelyn (Olmstead) Zeppelin. She was employed by Murphy Trucking and then as the first woman traffic manager for Sportsman’s Guide, retiring in 2010. Carol was a very hard worker, had an outgoing personality and was fun to be with.

Survivors include a brother, Ronald (Theresa) Zeppelin of Foley, MN; sister, Janet Marquart of Sartell, MN; and nieces and nephews, Carol (John), Linda, Lester, Ron, Sharon, Lisa, Karen and James.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Edward Zeppelin and sister, Jean Zeppelin.

In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred.
